Downing has reached another exciting milestone at its Square Gardens development, as it celebrates topping out on The Fernley, which will play host to 585 new apartments, including 240 studios, 237 one-bedroom apartments, 94 two-bedroom apartments and 14 ultra luxury two-bedroom penthouse apartments. Each apartment comes fully furnished with Style Matters bespoke pieces, handcrafted in Cheshire.
